What are Hi-Lite Safety Bucks and how can I use them? 
Safety Bucks are issued by Human Resources for various achievements or rewards and can be used towards any item on this site. During the checkout process, please enter the amount of Hi-Lite Safety Bucks you would like to use. Each Safety Buck = $1. Any balance must be paid by credit card or deducted from your paycheck.  All orders must be completly paid for prior to leaving our facility. Hi-Lite Safety Bucks are entered on the last page of the checkout process.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment for purchases through this site may be made by any major credit card, Paypal or by using Hi-Lite Safety Bucks.

Can I have my purchases deducted from my paycheck?
Yes. If you would like to have your purchase deducted from you paycheck, please call (800) 850-8343 or email to place your order. Please allow us a few extra days to have your amount approved by the Human Resources department. 

How do I find out my Hi-Lite Safety Bucks balance?
Please email to obtain your balance.

If using a credit card, when is my card charged?
Your card is charged at the time of your order.


If I am a crew member, what is my uniform allottment/requirement?
Please refer to the uniform policy provided by Human Resources. You may download a copy of the SOP for field uniforms here.

What type of imprinting is used on apparel items?
  • All crew uniform shirts are silkscreened with the Hi-Lite Logo and Think Z logo.
  • Hats are embroidered with the Hi-Lite logo on the front and/or side, and the website on back.
  • Most dress shirts and polos are embroirdered with the Hi-Lite logo.
  • Any shirt that is 100% polyester may contain a heat transfer of the Hi-Lite Logo.
  • If there is an option your customer service representative will contact you.


I have a return. What do I do?
Please contact us toll-free at (800) 850-8343 within 15 days of receipt of your order for an RMA number that must accompany your return.  Many items can be returned or exchanged if merchandise is defective or soiled upon delivery. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted. For non-customized merchandise returned that is not defective or soiled, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Branded and other customized items are non-refundable unless we've made an error.

How long will my order take to ship to me?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to reach you. We understand that with travel schedules, shipping requires advance planning . When you order is ready to ship, a customer service representative will contact you to request the best ship to address and arrival day. Please note that non-inventory items are processed one-time per week on Thursdays at 1pm. 

How are orders shipped?
Orders are generally shipped USPS Priority Mail and is included in your total amount. The best shipping method will be determined with you by customer service prior to shipment and charged accordingly.
